Waiver Rules - per CBS Sports
Waivers - All players dropped from a team’s roster are immediately
given a waiting period of two (2) days to give each owner an opportunity
to claim these players. Players who have not been claimed, or had
a claim entered for them, after their two (2) day waiting period,
become free agents, and may be obtained on a first-come, first-served
basis.
Waiver claims are processed in the reverse order of the standings,
and each successful claim moves that owner to the end of the waiver
priority list. This prevents owners from claiming multiple players
before another owner has an opportunity to claim a player.
All unowned players will be placed on waivers at 1:00AM, Monday
morning. The waiver claim period will end at 3:00am, Wednesday
morning, at which time all waiver claims will be processed.
